Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Certain products like personalized jewelry, discounted items, and final-sale pieces are non-returnable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size or design issues.
Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.
Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at siraazjewels@gmail.com with photos/videos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at siraazjewels@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.
Once approved, ship the product back to our return address (provided by our support team).
Keep your courier receipt until the return is confirmed by us.
Important Notes
Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit only.
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
