Return & Exchange Policy – Siraaz Jewels

At Siraaz Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. Each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Certain products like personalized jewelry, discounted items, and final-sale pieces are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size or design issues.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at siraazjewels@gmail.com with photos/videos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at siraazjewels@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Once approved, ship the product back to our return address (provided by our support team).
  3. Keep your courier receipt until the return is confirmed by us.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit only.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
