Overview

At Siraaz, we package every piece with care to ensure your jewellery arrives safe and ready to shine. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.


Processing time

- Same-day dispatch if ordered before 8:00 AM; otherwise next-day dispatch.

- During festival seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

- If an item is out of stock or there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp with an updated timeline. Some designs have limited stock; please cooperate.


Shipping methods & delivery timeframe

- Standard Shipping (Default): 3–4 business days from dispatch for domestic deliveries. Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is dispatched (not the date the order is placed).

- (If you enable an expedited option later, you may display it at checkout.)


Shipping charges & free shipping

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery pin code.

- Free standard shipping on orders over ₹499.

- Any additional shipping fees (e.g., expedited options) are shown at checkout before payment.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available for domestic orders up to ₹2,000.

- COD orders incur an additional fee of ₹100.

- COD availability depends on the delivery pin code and item eligibility; the exact option will be shown at checkout.


Packaging & signature

- All orders are professionally packed to protect jewellery during transit. We use discreet packaging.

- For security, some orders may require a recipient signature at delivery. If you prefer not to require signatures where local delivery rules permit, let us know.


Undelivered, incorrect, or returned shipments

- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will notify you. Re-shipment charges will apply for redelivery.

- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect information provided at checkout.


Shipment tracking

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp message with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can also view tracking from your “My Orders” page.

- If tracking does not update for more than 48 hours after dispatch, contact us at siraazjewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9825547740.


Damaged, lost, or missing items

- Inspect your package at delivery. If an item is damaged, please retain the packaging and take photos of the parcel and the item. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to siraazjewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9825547740.

- We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund after the investigation is complete. For full details, refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.


Exchanges & returns shipping costs

- For returns/exchanges due to manufacturing defects or wrong items sent, Siraaz will cover the return shipping cost.

- For change-of-mind returns (if applicable), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. See our Returns Policy for full terms.


Order changes & cancellations

- Orders can be modified or canceled free of charge before they enter the dispatch stage. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible; you may return the order after delivery per our Returns Policy.
